Our Aims are to support local farmers and small business people who grow, make or bake their product.
To expand the variety and quality of local produce and products to the Vancouver consumers
To help educate the buying public on how their food and other essential products are produced and used.
Our farmer's must sell their own produce and are not allowed to buy in produce from another source.

Ambleside Farmer's Market in the parking lot behind the Police Station on Bellevue between 13th and 14th Streets in Ambleside, West Vancouver and runs every Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm from the first Sunday in June to the last Sunday in October
Ambleside Farmer's Market started in June of 2005 in this great location adjacent to the entrance to Ambleside Park and Beach. We often look toward the ocean, a block away to see a huge cruise ship passing so close you can almost touch it! Quite spectacular!
We are very lucky to have such a great variety of organic and conventional farmers at this location. We also have a good selection of prepared foods including baking, syrups, jams, jellies, honey, salsas, anti pastas and much more. We also have a good and varied selection of B.C. crafts including jewelry, clothing, wrought iron, garden sculptures, soaps, pottery and much, much more

Lonsdale Quay Farmer's Market started on the East Plaza at the Quay in April of 2002. The location is perfect for a Farmer's Market as it has trees which shade the vendors and a cool breeze coming off the water which is great for keeping the produce cool. The location is spectacular with a view of Vancouver and the cruise ships arriving and departing.
We have been lucky in having some of the best organic and conventional farmers in B.C. attend the market plus great bakers, jam makers, honey gathers, salsa makers. The market has great diversity in vendors and a good collection of crafter's who sell jewelry, children's decals, pottery, soaps, kids clothing and much more. |

We are very excited to be organising Burnaby's first Farmers' Market starting on June 13th, 2009 in the North Parking Lot at Burnaby City Hall, 4949 Canada Way at Deer Lake Parkway from 9am to 1pm every Saturday.
This great location has lots of parking for both customers and vendors right next to the market and even has two buses that stop right by the market for those who don't have, or don't want to use their cars.
We have great farmers, both conventional and Organic and a good selection of prepared food vendors and local crafters. There is a Kids Play Area, Community Tent for Non Profit Groups, a Used Book Exchange, sitting area with local newspapers and wonderful live music. |
